Izzio may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, visitor details, host or manager assignments, access-card records, document completion status, and operational event history needed to run Izzio facility workflows.
How we use information
We use this information to coordinate facility visits, issue badges or temporary access, notify hosts and managers, support safety and security workflows, and maintain operational audit records.
SMS privacy
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for Izzio SMS messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers, such as SMS delivery providers, only as needed to send and manage Izzio SMS messages on our behalf.
Retention
SMS and facility workflow records are retained as needed for facility safety, security, compliance, visitor management, access auditing, and business operations, unless a shorter retention period is configured by Izzio management.
